Chelsea Chen

Chelsea is a Consultant at Recon Strategy. Her interests include digital healthcare and understanding how legislation impacts patient care and medical developments. Before joining Recon, Chelsea developed e-commerce technologies as a software engineer intern at Meta and Amazon and worked on product launches as a marketing intern with Oxford Nanoimaging. Chelsea graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer Science & Molecular Biology.
