Our medtech practice primarily serves emerging innovation in devices and diagnostics. Common strategy questions range from market assesments to business models and pricing approaches.
We work with health systems, medical groups, alternative sites of care (ASCs, home, remote, etc.) and new models (primary care, oncology, etc.). We focus on strategy at the local and system levels in areas such as value-based care, local market competitiveness, growth (geography, channel, adjacent services), innovation, and corporate development including PE partnerships.
Digital, Health IT, and Consumer
We support digital health and health tech companies as they bring new services and products that either directly through patient engagement or care delivery or that support providers, payers, and employers. We focus on strategy projects from product-market fit and business models to growth and corporate development.
Universities and Foundations
We work with Boards and executive teams at foundations, universities and associate entities (such as research and innovation centers) on setting strategy and priorities, sustainability and earned revenue approaches, organization and governance, as well as scaling impact.
