Phong is a healthcare strategist with experience spanning consulting to board-level enterprise strategy. At Recon Strategy, Phong worked on commercial diligence and growth strategy across payers, providers, and biotech and was the director of his dance troupe, Nomad. From Recon, he was hired as an Associate Director (Corporate Strategy) at Optum and earned a significant promotion to Director at UnitedHealth Group. He then decided to pursue an MBA at Wharton. Phong has a BA from Harvard University with a major in neurobiology and minor in history.

David's dream is to bridge design, strategy, and clinical insight to create solutions that transform care delivery. He is currently a medical student at Mayo Clinic. While at Recon he worked across life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and provider networks. His undergrad degree is from Dartmouth College. Before joining Recon, David worked in laboratories that developed new cancer drugs and diagnostic technologies, and in a group that developed innovative health systems solutions.

Following her stint at Recon and with an MBA in her back pocket, Anja is building her career in the pharma industry. After 3 years at Recon she went to Columbia Business School to earn her MBA. Following that she joined Pfizer where she is currently a manager in the strategy and consulting team. Previously Anja earned her undergrad degree at the University of Chicago.
